Ancient knowledge of therapy and vibrational medicine dating back as many as 5000 years, holds the belief that man was created out of sound: he is sound. If a human being is ‘in tune’ with himself and his environment, then he or she is able to live their life creatively and freely.

It is now widely accepted that many illnesses are stress related. Treatment methodologies that promote relaxation and help to reduce stress can be a very effective way to prevent and treat illness.

I trained through the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST), where I learned how to help individuals to relax deeply, acheiving an altered state of consciousness similar to meditation and with many of the same benefits.

I use a combination of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Vocal Toning, Over Toning, and Mantra/Song and integrate this with singing and percussion on and off the body in both group and private sound therapy sessions.
